A lot is happening in our world as the pandemic spreads across our lives on a planetary scale. As we are bound to our homes we would like to invite you to join us for a community get together every Saturday at 10am PDT, where we can connect, reflect, meditate, nourish one another with our presence and create a field of resilience and mutual support. Each week we will have a different guest teacher who will bring their perspective and wisdom on the situation and will help us connect and ground as a community. Let's remember that every crisis holds the seeds of birthing of new perspectives and new ways of being.
This coming Saturday we are delighted to have Thomas Hüblwith us. Thomas will address the current situation and guide us through a meditation followed by time for reflections and questions.
"We are living through a global challenge where collective trauma layers are being reactivated. It's important that we meet this moment with presence: honoring our fear while awakening the resilience that has been transmitted from our ancestors who survived crises in the past.
We can choose to raise our awareness—to create mutual support and collaboration, find a new vision, and fully embody our potential."
On the same day, just before our zoom gathering, join us at 9:30 PDT on the SAND Facebook pagefor a live sound journey "Shelter in Music" to harmonize our hearts with our dear friend and world-renowned musician Laura Inserra
Science And Nonduality (SAND) is a community inspired by timeless wisdom, informed by cutting-edge science, and grounded in personal experience. We come together in an openhearted exploration of the big questions of life to embody our interconnectedness and celebrate our humanity.
